Browsing data

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Right to object: in addition to the rights listed above, the Data Subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to his/her particular situation, to the processing of data carried out by the Controller in pursuit of his/her legitimate interest. Furthermore, he/she may object at any time if the data are processed for marketing and profiled marketing purposes.

The exercise of rights is free of charge and is not subject to formal constraints, but is subject to certain exceptions aimed at safeguarding the public interest (e.g. the prevention or identification of crimes) and the interests of the Controller.
