The goods will be delivered to you within a few days after receipt of your order, on average the delivery time is:
Italy: 2 - 5 working days;
Germany: 2 - 6 working days;
Austria: 2 - 6 working days;
France: 2 - 6 working days;
Spain: 3 - 8 working days;
Belgium: 3 - 8 working days;
Holland: 3 - 8 working days;
United Kingdom: 7 - 13 working days;
Exceptions are remote locations and the islands
If the chosen products are immediately available in stock, shipping will take place within 24 hours after receipt of your order, and the goods will arrive to you within the expected delivery time, otherwise, you need to calculate approximately 2 days extra time. You will automatically receive e-mail notifications about the update and status of your order. You can also always contact us for information from our staff by phone, whatsapp or e-mail.
In the unlikely event of a longer waiting time, we will contact you immediately to agree on what to do. You will then be able to cancel the order, wait for the delivery of the exactly required product, or accept one of our immediate replacement proposals.
Please remember that:
- VAT and all other taxes and duties are already included in the price.
- For shipping within Italy, shipping costs are free for orders of 25 euros or more.
- For shipments to EU countries, you can consult the table with the minimum order quantities for free shipping, which varies from country to country.
- By making a minimum purchase of only 350 euros for fibre models, and 1,000 euros for natural hair models, we will send you a free maintenance kit.
- The requested merchandise will be delivered to you in a package without any specific indication of its contents.
As better specified on the dedicated page, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, pursuant to Legislative Decree 21 February 2014, no. 21 (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC, and repealing Directives 85/577 EEC and 97/7/EC), by notifying us by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within ten working days of receipt of the goods, and returning the ordered goods in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 15 working days.
Please note: even if the legislation provides for a registered letter to be sent to indicate your wish to return the product, a simple e-mail may suffice for us in a friendly manner. A simple telephone call, on the other hand, cannot be accepted; we require a written communication.
If you change your mind and want to cancel your order before it is shipped, no problem, just let us know as soon as possible, even by e-mail.
Finally, as specified below, your personal data will not be disclosed to anyone, for any reason whatsoever, without prejudice to legal obligations and the internal organisational needs of our company.
