Exceptions are remote locations and the islands
If the chosen products are immediately available in stock, shipping will take place within 24 hours after receipt of your order, and the goods will arrive to you within the expected delivery time, otherwise, you need to calculate approximately 2 days extra time. You will automatically receive e-mail notifications about the update and status of your order. You can also always contact us for information from our staff, by phone, whatsapp or e-mail.
We are constantly striving to reduce waiting times, because we are fully aware of the importance of delivering what is requested as soon as possible. Sometimes we can even deliver in less than 24 hours from the moment of receipt of the order.

For foreign countries, you need a few more days.
As a rule, therefore, the ordered goods will be delivered within a maximum of about two to five days after receipt of the order. We are of course talking about working days, excluding Saturdays and holidays. For organisational reasons, orders received after 11 a.m. are automatically postponed to the next day's processing.
In the unlikely event of longer waiting times, our staff will contact you immediately to agree on waiting times or possible changes to the shipment. This is especially the case in these post-pandemic periods, characterised by a global, planet-wide demand that cannot be fully satisfied by a slowed-down production.
In almost all cases, however, a fully satisfactory solution can be found for the customer, as we are continuously mobilised at full capacity to minimise waiting times for orders received. With extraordinary success, by the way.
The courier company delivers every day except Saturdays and holidays. The delivery time is approximately from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (sometimes even later, during busy periods).
It is possible to ask for 'Delivery at specified times' as an additional service, but it is rather expensive and is not included in the price.
Delivery, in this case, can be requested between 11 a.
m.
and 5 p.m., and the range of acceptability is 10 minutes more or less.
It costs 35 euros. From experience we see that there is no need to access this additional service, because almost all shipments go perfectly well, even without requesting this service. By the way, it is always possible to ask, even when placing the order, for delivery, for example, to your place of work, or to a relative at home, etc.
In normal cases, delivery can take place at any time between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
If the courier finds no-one on the second delivery, he will automatically return the next day. If no-one is found on the second pass, the parcel is held at the destination warehouse for about ten days, and we promptly notify the recipient by phone or e-mail

With a minimum order, which varies for each country, shipping is free!
For allwigs, and for any order over 25 euros, shipping costs are totally free. We're talking about shipments within the entire Italian territory, of course, and within 6 kg of weight,
so absolutely nothing more will be asked of you in payment, in addition to the price you see online for each wig: neither shipping costs, nor VAT, nor other contributions of any kind.
For
small orders of less than 25 (twenty-five) euros, you will be asked for a small shipping contribution, the amount of which is explained directly in the form before the final conclusion of the order itself.

Shipping is always by express courier, and delivery to the recipient is usually completed in two to five working days throughout Italy.

Anonymous shipmentsThe
privacy of our customers is inviolable for us: we always act to ensure their utmost respect. For example, any personal or confidential information, any sensitive data, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not disclosed to anyone, except for legal obligations.
Shipment is made with an anonymous parcel, which does not bear any direct information on the outside about its contents. The carton is closed with a ribbon bearing the simple inscription 'Lanza' (a generic and common name). There is no mention of wigs, or of Lanza Wigs. This tape is used because, while guaranteeing maximum privacy, it facilitates the courier's search for the parcel in the highly unlikely but not impossible event of its loss.
If you do not want this type of parcel closure, simply write "completely anonymous parcel" in the notes field of the order form. Although the risk of loss is higher, we will use absolutely neutral cardboard and tape.
