Delivery time
The goods are delivered within a few days after receipt of the order, by express courier. In the vast majority of cases, within two to five days after receipt of the order.
We are constantly striving to reduce waiting times, because we are fully aware of the importance of delivering what is requested as quickly as possible. Sometimes we even manage to deliver in less than 24 hours from the moment the order is received.
If the chosen model and colour are immediately available in stock, shipment will take place within 24 hours of receipt of the order, and the goods will arrive within the next two days.
If this is not the case, an additional three days should be calculated approximately.
We are, of course, talking about shipping within Italy. For foreign countries, you need a few more days.
As a rule, then, the ordered goods will be delivered within a maximum of about two to five days from the time of receipt of the order. We are of course talking about working days, Saturdays and public holidays excluded. For organisational reasons, orders received after 11 a.m. are automatically postponed to the next day's processing.
In the unlikely event of longer waiting times, our staff will contact you immediately to agree on waiting times or possible changes to the shipment. This is especially the case in these post-pandemic periods, characterised by a global, planet-wide demand that cannot be fully satisfied by slowed production.
In almost all cases, however, a fully satisfactory solution can be found for the customer, as we are continuously mobilised at full capacity to minimise the waiting time for orders received. With extraordinary success, by the way.
The courier company makes its deliveries every day except Saturdays and public holidays. The delivery time is approximately from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (sometimes even later during busy periods).
It is possible to request 'Delivery at specified times' as an additional service, but this is rather expensive and is not included in the price.
Delivery, in this case, can be requested between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., and the range of acceptability is 10 minutes more or less.
It costs 35 euros. From experience we see that there is no need to access this additional service, because almost all shipments go perfectly well, even without requesting this service. Incidentally, it is always possible to ask, even when ordering, for delivery to your workplace, for example, or to a relative at home, etc.
In normal cases, therefore, delivery can take place at any time between 9am and 6pm.
If the courier finds no-one on its passage, it automatically returns the next day. If no-one is found on the second delivery, the parcel remains at the destination depot for about ten days, and we promptly notify the recipient by phone or e-mail.
So don't worry, it practically never happens that we fail to deliver.
Shipping costs
For allwigs, and for any order over 25 euro, shipping costs are totally free. We're talking about shipping throughout Italy, of course, and within 6 kg.
So absolutely nothing more will be asked ofyou in payment, in addition to the price you see online for each wig: neither shipping costs, nor VAT, nor other contributions of any kind.
For small orders with a total amount of less than 25 (twenty-five) euros, you will instead be asked to pay a small shipping contribution, the amount of which is in any case specified directly in the form before the final conclusion of the order itself.
For any goods weighing more than 6 kg, we will contact you promptly to make arrangements.
For other European Union countries, rates vary from country to country, but are very low due to the high number of our shipments. Check the shipping cost for each EU country on this page.

Shipment is always by express courier, and delivery to the recipient is usually completed in two to five working days throughout Italy.

Anonymous shipments
The privacy of our customers is inviolable to us: we always act to ensure their utmost respect. For example, any personal or confidential information, any sensitive data, is treated with the utmost confidentiality and is not disclosed to anyone, except as required by law.
The consignment is sent in an anonymous package, which does not bear any direct information about its contents on the outside. The carton is closed with a ribbon bearing the simple inscription 'Lanza' (a generic and common name). There is no mention of wigs, or of Lanza Wigs. This tape is used because, while guaranteeing maximum privacy, it facilitates the courier's search for the parcel in the very unlikely but not impossible event of its loss.
If you do not want this type of parcel closure, simply write 'completely anonymousparcel ' in the notes field of the order form. Although the risk of loss is higher, we will use absolutely neutral cardboard and tape.
